From weddings and milestone celebrations to private parties, corporate gatherings, hotel and resort events, and special occasions, our Live Engraving Experiences combine entertainment, personalization and a take-home memory in one unique experience.

Live Engraving Experience Pricing

Our Live Engraving Experiences have a 2-hour minimum.

2-Hour Experience — $500

4-Hour Experience — $800

6-Hour Experience — $1,100

Additional Event Time — $200 per hour

Your selected experience time reserves Ember & Etch Studio and our live engraving setup specifically for your event.

Every Live Engraving Experience includes:

• Two-person Ember & Etch Studio team
• Professional live laser engraving equipment
• Live engraving station brought directly to your venue
• Setup and breakdown of our engraving station
• Live engraving during your contracted event time
• Pre-event consultation and planning
• Setup of your approved event design and personalization format
• Live guest interaction and personalization

We handle the setup, equipment and engraving so you can enjoy your event while your guests experience something a little unexpected.

Keepsakes & Add-Ons Are Priced Separately

The Live Engraving Experience base price does not include keepsakes, favors or merchandise.

Keepsakes are selected separately based on the type of event you're planning, your guest count and the experience you'd like to create.

Depending on your event, available options may include personalized drinkware, bottle openers, keychains and other engravable keepsakes selected specifically for that experience.

Additional event time, upgraded personalization, specialty requests, travel outside our included service area and other optional services are also priced separately.

This allows you to build an experience around your event, your guests and your budget instead of paying for a one-size-fits-all package.

We Bring the Experience to You

Your guests watch their keepsakes being personalized live and take home something that was made specifically for them.

Reserving Your Date

A 50% booking retainer is required to reserve your event date and time.

Of your booking retainer, $250 is non-refundable and reserves your selected date and time.

The remaining event balance is due 14 days before your scheduled event.

Event-specific products, materials and completed personalization work are subject to our booking and cancellation terms.

We encourage you to review the complete policy before booking your event. The policy provides additional information regarding cancellations, rescheduling, event-specific purchases and preparation, weather and outdoor events, venue requirements and other important booking terms.

For in-person bookings, these terms will also be provided as part of your Live Engraving Event Booking Agreement for review and signature.
