Ember & Etch Studio brings our Live Engraving Experience directly to your wedding venue, turning traditional wedding favors into an interactive part of your celebration.

Before your wedding, we prepare your selected keepsakes with your approved wedding design — such as your names, wedding date or special design.

Then, on your wedding day, the personalization happens live.

Guests visit our engraving station, watch their own name being engraved onto their keepsake, and leave with something created especially for them.

Whether we're part of your cocktail hour, reception, welcome party or another part of your wedding celebration, we bring the equipment, the engraving and the experience directly to you.

Wedding Live Engraving Pricing

Choose the amount of time you'd like us to be part of your celebration:

2 Hours — $500
4 Hours — $800
6 Hours — $1,100
Additional Time — $200 per hour

Our Live Engraving Experiences have a 2-hour minimum.

Your experience fee includes our two-person Ember & Etch Studio team, professional live engraving equipment, setup and breakdown, pre-event consultation and planning, and live personalization during your contracted time.

Keepsakes are selected and priced separately, allowing you to choose the option that best fits your wedding and guest count.

2 oz Stainless Steel Matte Black Shot Glasses

$4.50 per guest | 25-guest minimum

Give your guests a wedding keepsake that's personalized for both your day and their experience.

Before your wedding, each matte black stainless steel shot glass is pre-engraved with your approved wedding design, such as the couple's names and wedding date. During your event, each guest's name is engraved live while they watch.

These guest counts are simply a pricing guide — you are not required to purchase in set tiers.

Need 32? 47? 63? No problem.

Your keepsake total is based on your actual confirmed guest count at $4.50 per guest, with a 25-guest minimum.

Wedding Live Engraving Experience fee is separate.
