On the Days That Feel Heavy

Not every day feels inspired.

Some days feel messy.
Overwhelming.
Tired before they begin.

There are mornings when three hours of sleep is all there was.
When the list feels longer than the energy to complete it.

Today is one of those days.

So instead of pushing harder,
I’m sitting here.
Creating.
Building a week ahead while I can.

Because there may be a day soon
when getting up feels like enough.

And that has to be okay.

This is what foundation looks like too.

Not loud progress.
Not big milestones.

Just showing up in the way you can.

Some days we build trays.
Some days we build words.
Some days we simply keep going.
