At Ember & Etch Studio, we carefully prepare and package every order to ensure your items arrive safely.

Order Processing

Most personalized and custom-engraved products are prepared within 2–4 business days after the order is placed and all required personalization details have been received.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders requiring design approval may take additional time. Processing begins once the necessary details and approvals have been received.

During busy seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer. We will communicate significant delays when possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout unless a product or promotion specifically includes free shipping.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and shipping service selected at checkout.

Processing time and shipping transit time are separate. The estimated delivery time begins after your order has been prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at emberandetchstudio@gmail.com.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

For damaged items, please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging when available.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment when offered during checkout or arranged directly with Ember & Etch Studio.

Customers will receive instructions when their orders are ready for pickup.
