At Ember & Etch Studio, every personalized item is created with care. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Personalized and Custom-Engraved Products

All personalized and custom-engraved products are final sale once engraving or production has begun.

Once a customer approves a design or personalization details and production begins, changes, cancellations, returns, and refunds are not accepted for reasons such as incorrect customer-provided information, changes of mind, or unwanted design choices.

Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, dates, and personalization details before submitting or approving their orders.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly made due to an error by Ember & Etch Studio, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at emberandetchstudio@gmail.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item and packaging when available.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Personalized Products

For non-personalized merchandise, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

Eligible items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Cancellations

Orders for personalized products may be canceled before engraving or production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
